I am an architect with a studio in Naples. Engaged in Rome for the renovation of an apartment. I will never stop thanking my young Roman colleague who, when asked by me, among other things, directed me to Puntoclima in Pomezia, for the purchase of all the necessary materials (floors, walls, bathroom furniture, etc. )! A very well stocked and well set up showroom. I solved all my problems in the space of a morning (timing was important to me as I moved from Naples). Our experience at Punto Clima was exceptional, five stars are not enough to give the rating. The consultant Sonia held our hand throughout the process of selecting and choosing the materials: from the colours, to the combinations, right up to the truly invaluable advice that was key for us. About 1 year ago I purchased both the coverings and the furniture for the bathroom renovation. After just 6 months the 4 drawers showed anomalies due to condensation. (Bathroom products should not have these problems from COMPAB) Demonstrating no negligence in assembly, the product under warranty was replaced. I would like to point out the terrible management of the entire service. Once the 4 fronts arrived, 2 of them were badly assembled (an indication of incompetence) and therefore unusable with a wait of more than 2 months and the related inconvenience suffered. We will definitely not be returning again.
